1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 89bad ("89bad", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://89bad.io ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 89bad, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games (including Bingo Fishing and Mines Gold), promotional activities, and customer support interactions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted under English-language legal principles. In the event of any translation into another language, the English version shall always prevail.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 89bad Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the 89bad Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to a supported mobile financial service (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 89bad Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 89bad reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the Platform without prior notice.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 89bad will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

89bad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform management. You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents, proof of residential address, and confirmation of your payment method at any stage. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

89bad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile financial services and banking channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and may be adjusted periodically. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 89bad reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly during the KYC verification process.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or SureCash are credited to your 89bad account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a confirmed mobile transaction. 89bad does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 89bad accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 89bad payments team. Standard processing time is between one and three hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DBBL or City Bank may take up to 24 hours during standard banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00 Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit to the account, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices.

4.5 Refused Transactions

89bad reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 89bad will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4.6 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the 89bad Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 89bad does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion attempted through a third-party payment processor is at the player's own risk and cost.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers made available by 89bad are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires that the player have a verified account in good standing, have made at least one qualifying deposit, and have not previously abused promotional offers on 89bad or any affiliated platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free spins winnings are subject to a default wagering requirement of 20x.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

89bad defines bonus abuse as any activity intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically placing low-risk wagers to clear wagering requirements (known as "bonus whoring"), colluding with other players to generate artificial turnover, and using automated betting scripts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Promotion Validity

All promotional offers have a defined validity period, after which unused bonus funds and free spins will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for checking the expiry dates of active promotions in their account dashboard.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 89bad are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the ruling of the 89bad trading team is final. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are settled based on official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

6.2 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds for live markets change rapidly in response to match events. 89bad does not accept responsibility for delays in bet acceptance caused by internet latency or technical issues on the player's end. Bets placed and accepted during a delay in live market suspension are valid and will be settled at the accepted odds.

• Using funds deposited on 89bad for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 89bad staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or in violation of applicable law through any feature of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 89bad Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software code, game assets, text, graphics, user interface design, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of 89bad or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 89bad.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 89bad. Unauthorised use of 89bad intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

9. Privacy & Data

In no event shall 89bad's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 89bad account in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by 89bad

89bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected; (b) the account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; (c) 89bad is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 89bad account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Prior to account closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — whether initiated by 89bad or by the player — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. All accrued rights and obligations that, by their nature, survive termination shall continue to bind both parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

89bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 89bad will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, 89bad may also notify active account holders via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
